Trailer has been in an RV park in Northern Arizona since Feb 2022 after we purchased it from the original owner in Dallas. It has had minimal usage as we have only used it as needed to check on our house build.
Everything is standard except we replaced the bunk house sleeper sofa with a queen bed mattress. However we have the sleeper sofa and hardware to reinstall it.
